About

Marc has been living in, and providing legal services to, Northumberland County since 2001. Although, he grew up in Ottawa and originally was heading towards the bright lights of Toronto, Marc's initial thought of a stop over in Northumberland quickly turned in a deep affection for the area and he's become "so local" that one client insisted they went to the same high school locally. Marc’s practice is focused on Criminal Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Civil Litigation. Marc graduated from Queen's University Law School in 1999 and received his undergraduate degree in Ottawa at Carleton University. He was the standing agent for the PPSC (aka the Federal Crown for drug prosecutions) for about 14 years as well as defence counsel for non-CDSA matters also throughout that time. That experience has proven invaluable and is an advantage passed along to his clients.

Originally from Vermont, Phillip moved to Cobourg with his partner and maintained a solo practice prior to joining Bebee & Associates. Phillip maintains a general practice including Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Wills and Estates, and Real Estate. Phillip holds law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, and a BAH from Queens University in Psychology and History.

Coming to Bebee & Associates as an Articling Student, Kristen decided to make Cobourg her new home and now practices Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills & Estates and Civil Law. Originally from northern British Columbia, Kristen travelled to Kingston, Ontario for her undergraduate studies at Queen's University where she majored in Political Science with a minor in Indigenous Studies. She came to enjoy the lakeview and stayed in Kingston for another three years to attend law school at Queen's University Law School. 

Alex joined Bebee and Associates as an articling student, staying on with the office after being called to the bar to practice Criminal Law, Family Law, and Civil Litigation. He was raised in Peterborough, and attended Trent University, where he completed his BSc and MSc in Psychology. After a year of working in the Peterborough community, Alex attended law school at the University of Windsor, graduating in 2024.

Emma graduated from Fleming College in 2024 with a diploma in Paralegal studies. After graduation, she went on to take the P1 licensing exam in November 2024 and received her license in January 2025. Emma has always had an interest in the legal profession and looks forward to using her skills and knowledge to provide legal services. Emma lives in Campbellford with her blended family and enjoys spending her time with them. In her free time Emma enjoys reading, baking, and shopping with her sister.

Kim was born and raised in Cobourg and has been an integral part of the Northumberland legal community for a number of years. She is a graduate of Loyalist College with a degree in Legal Office Administration. Kim’s practice areas include Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Criminal Law. She is an avid baseball player and reader. A mother of seven, and grandmother of seven, Kim lives in Cobourg with her husband and daughter.

Nancy was born and raised in Trenton, Ontario and has 35 plus years experience as a Family Law Clerk. Nancy is a graduate of Fleming College with a degree in Legal Office Administration. Nancy assists our office with Family Law, Real Estate and Estate matters. She loves to garden, take long walks with her puppy and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Chelsea is an administrative assistant with our office, she brightens the day of clients at reception with her warmth and sunny disposition. She assists our office with file management and customer service relations. In her personal time Chelsea enjoys reading, the great outdoors and spending time with her family.

Natasha is our office administrator and bookkeeper. Originally an English teacher in Belarus, Natasha first came to Canada as an interpreter with youth groups and moved here permanently in 2008. Natasha possesses a BA in Modern Foreign Languages, a Teacher of English Diploma with  Honours, Professional Diplomas as an interpreter in English and German, and a Diploma with Honours for Accounting and Payroll Administration. Natasha is fluent in Russian and Belarusian. She lives in Cobourg with her husband, three kids, and their fluffy friends Max the Dog, Zara the Diva, and Zack the 'Boy'.

Madison joined Bebee & Associates while completing her placement as a law clerk. Madison is our office manager, she also assists in areas including Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, and Wills and Estates. Madison studied at Fleming College where she graduated with a Law Clerk diploma. Prior to entering the legal field, she graduated from Queens University with a BA in Classical Studies. Growing up in Northumberland, Madison was happy to return and put down roots with her husband.
